- Project Manager
He is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.
Job responsibilities:
Apply a schedule and timeline, to executing each phase
Responsible for formulating a plan to meet the objectives of the project while adhering to an approved budget and timeline.
Managing the budget, to serving as the liaison among all stakeholders, to troubleshooting and maintenance.
A project manager must come up with effective ways and strategies for documenting project progress through data collection and verbal and written status reports to ensure the project is developed as planned.
Job Requirements:
Education: Master or Bachelor of Engineering.
Experience: From 10 to 15 years in construction companies, real estate development and technical offices and PMP certificate is a MUST.
